Emyr Williams cycles another 95 miles to raise money for Nightingale House Hospice in Wrexham.
The cycle ride was from Wrexham to Abersoch last Friday being a total of 95 miles and just over 1,500 meters of climb on another hot sunny day.
The route took Emyr past Liberty developments at Ruabon: Aldi, Costa Coffee and Kaye Group petrol filling station, together with the Premier Inn currently under construction in Porthmadog.
